Applications can be submitted until 19th September, 2025 for the Crea Feina Grants, which offer up to €15,000 for a full-time permanent contract. With these grants, companies can reduce recruitment costs and incorporate value profiles that reinforce their activity and social commitment.

The grants are distributed in three lines:

• Crea Feina Inclusiva (Inclusive), aimed at hiring people in a situation of vulnerability, in their first job or in a situation of long-term unemployment.

• Crea Feina Investiga (Research), intended for the recruitment of professionals with a doctoral degree.

• Crea Feina Economia Social i d’Impacte (Social and Impact Economy), aimed at hiring workers in social economy entities and in strategic sectors with social impact.

The main requirements are that the contracts are indefinite and full-time, the people hired are registered in Barcelona and the companies have at least one work centre in the Metropolitan Area. You must also be up to date with your payments to the City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security.

The application procedure is simple and with minimal bureaucracy: the instance should be generated through application of Barcelona Activa, it isregistered at the Virtual Procedures Office and the required documentation attached within the established deadline. This process facilitates access to subsidies and allows companies to focus on contracting.
