This is the local authority centre for economic development and employment, aimed at residents of the Sant Andreu district. The centre houses an Initial Support Service, which provides information on the resources and services offered by Barcelona Activa, and a Labour Rights Advocacy Centre.

It also offers information sessions and short training courses from Barcelona Treball on employment and career change guidance, as well as a job-search support area with self-service computers and personalised support, available by appointment. In addition to the employment services, the Cibernàrium offers short ICT training courses.

Finally, there is an Economic Activity Support Point for those who have a business idea or require advice for their company.
