People over the age of 45 can access career coaching +45 a space designed to strengthen confidence, highlight accumulated experience and acquire strategies to successfully approach job searching or professional reorientation processes.
The offer is completed with career coaching for women, a proposal that encourages the identification of strengths, professional empowerment and the overcoming of gender-related barriers.
