Barcelona Activa has launched a new free digital coaching service, an intensive and personalized program that is part of Cibernàrium, the space dedicated to technology training. This initiative is aimed at people with limited digital knowledge who need to strengthen their skills for personal and professional life. 

The program lasts 3 to 4 months and offers a training itinerary tailored to each person's needs. It begins with a skills assessment to evaluate the level of digital knowledge and identify possible areas for improvement. Based on this analysis, a personalized training plan is designed that combines individual sessions, aimed at resolving doubts and consolidating knowledge, with group sessions, which encourage shared practice, the exchange of experiences, and collective motivation. The entire process is accompanied by specialist professionals who guide the learning process and monitor progress. 

To ensure proximity and accessibility, the program is offered at four locations throughout the city: 

• Cibernàrium Nou Barris  

• Sants-Montjuïc Activa  

• Biblioteca Camp de l’Arpa  

• Biblioteca Francesca Bonnemaison
