The Mentoring Dones PRO program kicks off next May with the goal of facilitating women's access to professional opportunities, with a special emphasis on those working in male-dominated sectors who want to overcome visibility challenges. This initiative seeks to contribute to reducing gender inequalities in the workplace by improving the leadership skills and self-confidence of participants.
This proposal is aimed at women who are in a career transition or who want to re-enter the workforce and wish to grow their professional path. It is also open to those looking to switch sectors or who want to reconsider their career.
The program offers one-on-one mentorships, with experts who will guide each participant through their growth process. In addition, group actions such as training, networking, and inspiring talks with role models are included. These actions allow participants to network with other women in similar situations and create a collaborative space for learning and mutual support.
Registrations are now open, and interested individuals can attend the in-person information session taking place on March 3rd from 11am to 12pm at LIDERA. The program will run from May to December 2026.
