Espai LIDERA hosted, on May 13, the opening event of a new edition of Mentoring Dones PRO, a programme promoted within LIDERA with the aim of fostering professional growth, talent and women’s leadership in the Barcelona. 

The meeting served to welcome participants and kick off the mentoring process between mentors and mentees. During the session, the programme structure was presented and various activities were carried out to build trust, strengthen connections and create a network among participants. 

The event also included the first meeting space between mentors and mentees, where pairs were able to share their initial professional goals and begin defining the mentoring journey they will develop over the coming months. The day concluded with a networking session involving all programme participants. 

Mentoring Dones PRO is aimed at professional women who are currently working or going through a career transition and who want to advance their careers, access positions with greater responsibility or strengthen their leadership, especially in male-dominated sectors or areas where women face visibility challenges. 

The programme combines one-to-one mentoring with group training activities, networking opportunities and inspirational talks led by women role models. In addition to supporting participants’ professional development, the initiative also aims to promote equal opportunities, strengthen women’s leadership and create a community based on support and shared learning.
