Barcelona, 19 Jun 2026

Estiu TIC returns this July with a programme of 20 educational and recreational activities linked to technology and pedagogical innovation. The programme offers 380 places for children, teachers and educational centres, with the aim of strengthening digital skills and bringing technology closer to both young learners and education professionals.

The programme is structured around three lines of action:

Firstly, the EstàsON technology summer camp offers activities for children aged 6 to 12 that combine learning and experimentation through robotics, artificial intelligence, sustainability, digital health and computational thinking. The initiative aims to foster STEAM vocations from a practical, creative and inclusive perspective. The activities will take place in the morning at Cibernàrium Nou Barris, with one edition for children aged 6 to 8 from 29 June to 3 July, and another for children aged 9 to 12 from 6 to 10 July. Places are limited and prior registration is required.

The programme also includes digital fabrication training for teachers in Nou Barris. The course offers an introduction to 2D and 3D design and the use of digital fabrication technologies, with the aim of incorporating new methodologies and digital skills into the classroom. Participants will learn how to design digital files and operate machines such as 3D printers, laser cutters, cutting plotters and digital embroidery machines. The training is officially certified by the Department of Education

The third line consists of 17 certified ICT courses for teachers. The sessions cover topics related to digital collaboration, the creation of educational resources, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis and digital productivity, among other areas linked to the technological transformation of education.

The activities will take place at the Pol de Talent Digital, in the Nou Barris Technology Park, which is becoming a benchmark space for technological training and the development of digital talent in the city.

Interested participants can consult the full catalogue of activities and complete their registration through the Cibernàrium website.
