More than 9,000 people participated in two days full of activities, advice and employment opportunities.

The Employment Fair 2025 has established itself as a benchmark for connecting talent, companies, and institutions, offering a comprehensive overview of labour market trends and opportunities. Barcelona, ​​an open, innovative city ready to continue growing with its talent as its driving force, has once again demonstrated its leadership with a new edition that brought together more than 9,000 people at Fira de Barcelona's Montjuïc venue, 15% more than the previous year.

Over the course of two days, attendees participated in more than 108 activities and received more than 3,000 personalised consultations to guide their career paths. The event also featured eight talent marketplaces, a space for direct connection between candidates and more than 40 companies with more than 600 job openings, where nearly 900 candidates were interviewed. 

The fair highlighted ongoing training and practical learning as key to adapting to a changing labour market. With workshops and orientation sessions, this year's event showcased how technology, innovation, and sustainability are redefining professional profiles, and how Barcelona is committed to digitalisation, inclusion, and talent to address employment challenges to address employment challenges.

The Barcelona Activa stand offered personalized advice, training, and immersive experiences using artificial intelligence and virtual reality. In addition, the space dedicated to young talent used a new dynamic format to present services and programmes tailored to the needs of people looking to enter the labour market. 

The show also hosted the first conference of the Barcelona Agreement for Quality Employment 2021-2030, dedicated to the challenges of generating quality and inclusive employment.
