Barcelona Activa is launching an extensive program of sessions for International Women's Day (8M), aiming to highlight female talent and strengthen equal opportunities in the labor, technological, and entrepreneurial sectors. Throughout the month of March, with some activities extending into April, informational sessions, conferences, workshops, and networking spaces will be held to support women in their professional growth, labor integration, and the consolidation of their business projects.
The program includes proposals from Cibernàrium, the Employment area, and the LIDERA program, as well as activities within the framework of 4YFN and Talent Arena. The initiatives combine reflection and practical training, with a special focus on digital challenges, female leadership, and access to new labor opportunities.
