Barcelona Activa presents (Re)activa’t, a free orientation and training program aimed at young people aged 16 to 29 registered with the Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya, specifically designed for those with little work experience or those looking to change careers. This project aims to foster the professional development of young talent through accredited training in high-demand fields, such as warehouse auxiliary activities, basic restaurant and bar operations, retail assistant, and administrative services. 

The program offers the opportunity to explore new professions and acquire specific skills for the job market. Over the 12-month program, participants will have access to both theoretical and practical training, as well as the guidance of a mentor who will help them understand the day-to-day tasks of different jobs and address any questions about their future career. 

(Re)activa’t supports you in identifying your work interests and improving your skills through practical training and personalized guidance. Participants will have the chance to join professional companies in the sector through internships, and upon completing the program, they will receive a Level 1 Professional Certificate that recognizes their training and experience. 

This program was created to help young people in Barcelona overcome difficulties in finding a job or defining their professional path, offering guidance, training, and personalized support to ease their entry into the job market.
