(Re)ACTIVA your future offers guidance, mentoring and training for young people who want to explore new trades and professions, discover their interests and train in the field that best fits their professional goals. 

The programme is supported by a team of young mentors with whom participants can share their concerns and interests while exploring new career opportunities. Throughout the process, participants also receive guidance from a careers advisor who helps them define and follow an individual action plan tailored to their needs. 

The initiative includes activities designed to help participants discover professional interests, learn about new professions and understand what day-to-day work looks like within a company. It also offers accredited training with internships in companies in areas such as warehouse support operations, basic restaurant and bar operations, retail assistance, and administrative and general support operations. 

The programme is mainly aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who live in the city of Barcelona and have completed compulsory secondary education or lower, upper secondary education, or intermediate vocational training and are looking to change career path.
