Barcelona Activa has hosted a new edition of the Technical Career Guidance Conference. The annual event, held on 15th June at Porta22, serves as a common space for reflection among people who are experts in career guidance. This year, the event focused on promoting quality employment for all citizens through public and private sector initiatives.

The event counted on the participation of technical teams, coordination and managers of entities that form part of projects and guidance services, as well as representatives from the educational and university world and also of human resource professionals. Workshops, talks, roundtables and networking spaces served to debate topics such as job insecurity and unemployment, health, professional opportunities and artificial intelligence.

Now in its seventh edition, the conference has already established itself as an event in which the key factors involved in guidance are debated. It has also become a space where they share the models, methods and resources that are being used to accompany people during the job search and professional improvement process.
