The summer holidays have arrived and the Barcelona Activa facilities are adapting their opening hours to continue offering services to the public during August. The agency reduces the time slots for public attention and also onsite training activities, but the majority of the facilities will remain open for most of the month.

In the field of support for companies, the Business Support Office (OAE) and the Technology Park will offer attendance to the public throughout August with a compact timetable, from 8am to 3pm. However, onsite attention at the OAE will only be provided by prior appointment, in addition to telephone attention via 900 533 175 or by mail to oae@barcelonactiva.cat.

Regarding entrepreneurship services, the Glòries Entrepreneurship Centre will only close between 21st and 25th August, the rest of the month it will remain open between 8am and 3pm. From 14th to 25th of August there will be no advisory services, but on 21st August an information session on entrepreneurship will be organised in online format. The different incubators of Glòries, Almogàvers and MediaTIC will be available all month, but they will adapt the opening hours to the public in the same slots from 8am to 3pm. 

Regarding work and employment services, Porta22 will be closed between 7th and 18th August, but the advisory service will be available online during these dates. The rest of the month it will offer attention to the public between 8am and 3pm. El Convent of Barcelona Activa, the benchmark facility for young people, will also be open in the mornings between 9:30am and 3.00pm, except from the 7th until the 25th when it will remain closed. However, telematic assistance and advice will be available on said dates via telephone at 93 268 43 93 or 603 805 131. The Activa spaces in Nou Barris, Sant Andreu and Les Corts will not offer services to citizens throughout the month.

In the technological training area, the Cibernàrium 22@ will be closed to the public between 7th and 18th August, but the rest of the month it will be open from 9am to 9pm. On the other hand, the Cibernàrium Nou Barris will remain open from 1st to 11th and from 21st to 31st August from 9am to 6pm, except for weekends, as such it will only be closed between 14th and 18th August.

In the field of socio-economic innovation and the Social and Solidarity Economy, the InnoBA Ca n'Andalet will remain closed between 7th and 25th August and only basic attention and stable training will be offered for the rest of the month when open.

Finally, the Barcelona Activa Headquarters will be open with limited hours, between 8 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.
