The Barcelona Mentoring Programme is a programme in which business people, with years of experience and being references in their sector, accompany entrepreneurs throughout their career. It consists of a mentoring and advisory service in which the entire process is developed based on the methodology of Venture Mentoring Service.

The programme lasts 8 months and begins with a recruitment of the candidates. During the current month of December, the first mentoring meetings will be held, which will end in June 2022. In total, 6 meetings will be held where each entrepreneur will meet with 3 mentors to exchange challenges and concerns in the strategic sector of sales, international promotion and internal organisation, among others.

The aim of the project is focused on fostering the acceleration of new companies, which can generate new jobs and, in this way, increase and strengthen the business fabric.
