Entrepreneurial projects in the sectors of the creative and cultural industries and the blue economy are in luck! Barcelona Activa has opened new calls for the B-Blue and Creamedia programmes, which are looking for projects that want to take part. The periods to register and to form part are getting near the end, and there are still some places available for start-ups that want to join.

B-Blue consists of a support programme for innovative start-ups in the framework of the blue economy. The initiative focuses on new companies in the sustainable maritime economy and aims to validate the business model and provide the projects with resources through courses, networking, mentoring and all the services of Barcelona Activa. This year, the programme will award, as part of the competition, the most innovative company and the most sustainable company with 10,000 Euros each. The registration for the programme is coming to a close, the deadline ends on 2nd June and to register you should fill in this application.

For Creamedia there are also only a few days left before the registration period closes on 4th June. The programme supports the creation of companies in the creative and cultural industries sector. It aims to transform projects into viable companies so that they can prosper in one of the city's strategic economic sectors. The winner of the programme will receive an award of 5,000 Euros that will be presented at the "Demo Day" in front of an independent and expert jury. To present the candidacy you must fill in the following form, which will also serve as the first point of contact with the team of professionals accompanying the participating start-ups.

Barcelona Activa’s Entrepreneurship programmes offer support and networking for the creation of companies and organisations. They are aimed at certain groups of entrepreneurs or specific sectors of activity, as in the case of B-Blue and Creamedia.
