The number of entities that are part of the LIDERA space keeps on growing. Currently, a total of 12 different organisations have work and meeting areas designed for women's organisations. The ones that form part include Dones pel futur, 50a50, Dones en xarxa, ASODAME, Women's Angels 4 STEAM, Dones Mentores, Barcelona Women's Network, Lean in Network Barcelona, Dones que Inspiren, Fòrum Dona Activa, G100 MAC Spain and Professional Women Network. 

Different associations that work for equal opportunities in entrepreneurship and the business sector. They also have a coworking room with 12 workplaces and another room for meetings and training with a capacity of up to 20 people. In addition to offering a space, the LIDERA platform also fights for gender equality. 

The initiative offers a wide range of programmes and activities to offer support to all women who want to grow professionally. For example, in recent weeks, different events and workshops were promoted as part of the LIDERA conference organised by the member organisations of the space. 

On 22nd November, the entity Lean in Network Barcelona organised the talk, ‘Do you earn enough? Demystifying the wage gap’. An activity with the aim of addressing the issue of the wage gap and providing an opportunity to understand its causes, the solutions and the importance of managing personal finances. 

And on the following day, 23rd November, there was another meeting promoted by Young IT Girls. A dynamic entitled Education, gender and technology which included a debate with families, teaching staff and young people. Experiences as women in the STEAM world were shared and real situations of discrimination experienced by the participants were discussed.
