The 2021-2022 school year is already in full swing and so are the activities of the Programa Emprendre amb Valors (Start up with Values Programme) promoted by Barcelona Activa and the Barcelona City Council. The initiative is aimed at the students of the Barcelona secondary schools and includes a series of talks and presentations by the boys and girls of the participating centres.

The first talk of young people, who explained their professional projects to other young people so as to inspire them, was held on 23rd November. In the first virtual meeting, they spoke about the values of the programme, perseverance and social responsibility, among other things.

During the first months of 2022, the students will also carry out the design of different projects, a Hackaton day and the Final Gala, where they will leave the programme and prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding works. This represents a set of activities for students to become the protagonists and who want to boost new initiatives.

Emprendre amb Valors (Start up with Values) is an initiative framed within the Proyecto de Vida Profesional (The Professional Life Project) of Barcelona Activa, where you can also find other activities and training workshops on academic and professional guidance, work research and promotion of the Social and Solidarity Economy, amongst others.
