Cibernàrium expands the spaces where it offers digital literacy activities
During the last quarter of 2026, Cibernàrium is adding new spaces to its digital literacy activities programme, expanding the locations where citizens can access technology training and digital support.
Barcelona, 14 Sep 2026
In the context of the indefinite library strike, alternative spaces have been made available to ensure the continuity of these services and expand access points. The programme also maintains the STEAM Plan activities held in different libraries.
Cibernàrium offers practical activities adapted to different levels to help people acquire basic digital skills.
This quarter, the service is adding five new spaces: Convent de Sant Agustí, Ca n’Andalet, Nou Barris Activa, Sant Andreu Activa and Cibernàrium 22@, which join the usual training locations: Espai Movistar, Sants-Montjuïc Activa, Cibernàrium Nou Barris and Canòdrom.
Digital support
Digital coaching is an individual and group support service aimed at people with a basic level of digital skills. It helps participants discover free resources and define a training plan adapted to their needs.
This quarter, digital support will be offered at Sants-Montjuïc Activa, Cibernàrium Nou Barris, Cibernàrium 22@ and Convent de Sant Agustí, the last two as new service locations.
The EstàsON activities are part of the STEAM Plan to promote scientific and technological vocations with a gender perspective.
They are two-hour workshops for children aged 6 to 12, with fun and experimental activities related to science and technology.
The EstàsON workshops are usually held at the Bonnemaison, Sofia Barat, Joan Miró, Vapor Vell, Sant Gervasi, Collserola, El Carmel, Montbau, Zona Nord, Bon Pastor, Camp de l’Arpa and Poblenou libraries. This quarter, Cibernàrium Nou Barris and Canòdrom are being added to ensure the continuity of the programme.
