On 13th and 15th December, Barcelona Activa gave recognition to all the participants in our programme Mentoring+. A project that provides support to people (from 50 years of age on) who are unemployed and want to find work in Barcelona.

In 2022, we held 4 editions, each lasting 4 months, and the total participation of 378 people (64% women and 36% men). Furthermore, we highlight the 21st and 22nd editions of the programme, made up of 72 people including students and mentors:

- 47 participants: 77% were women, the majority aged between 50 and 55, with secondary and university education.

- 25 mentors: 76% were women and 24% men, 100% with university degrees and the majority aged between 41 and 50 years old (44%).

The Mentoring+ project offers an itinerary of group activities that includes job search training, personal skills development and group coaching sessions.
