Barcelona Activa presents the White Paper on the digitalisation of the ongoing training services

The local agency launches a new publication that collects the experience of the digital transformation of the training offer of the past four years

Barcelona, 24 Mar 2022

The Llibre blanc de la digitalització dels serveis de formació estable (White paper on the digitalisation of the ongoing training services) of Barcelona Activa. Under this heading, the agency explains in just 100 pages how to transfer knowledge and implement new digital training models. The publication aims to make you aware of the best options for online courses and what to avoid and promote. It also takes stock of the good and bad mistakes made and highlights the innovation in online training and the continuous improvement and sustainability of services.

The text is complemented by experiences of different experts in organisations and companies, on the model of online training within organisations, such as those of Jordi Pizarro, founder of Snackson, Cathy Moore, of Boring Training, Fernando Trujillo, from the University of Granada, amongst others. In addition, the White Paper includes a perspective on the evolution of the digital training in Barcelona Activa’s services.

The collection focuses on decision-making in e-learning and digital transformation processes in organisations. It also provides SWOT diagrams that include analyses carried out during this period and various examples, such as reinforcement in internal communication and how to follow new types of MOOCs, amongst others.

Barcelona Activa, as an economic promotion agency of Barcelona City Council, thus plays a key role in the process of digital transformation of our city, accompanying companies and individuals in this transition.
