The publication aims to make you aware of the best options for online courses and what to avoid and promote. It also takes stock of the good and bad mistakes made and highlights the innovation in online training and the continuous improvement and sustainability of services.

The text is complemented by experiences of different experts in organisations and companies, on the model of online training within organisations, such as those of Jordi Pizarro, founder of Snackson, Cathy Moore, of Boring Training, Fernando Trujillo, from the University of Granada, amongst others.
