The Instagram channel @barcelonactiva premières its new Activa Live FAQs format, to answer citizens’ most frequently asked questions on finding work, entrepreneurship, and business.

The new series premièred yesterday and will be broadcast every Thursday at 17 h. It aims to offer expert advice on dealing with the topics causing the most anxiety and uncertainty in these exceptional circumstances. All the sessions will be live and last for approximately 30 minutes. Anyone who connects to the sessions will be able to interact and put their questions to the experts.

The first session of Activa Live FAQs focused on employment: searching for a job, the job market, and online training to help people find work. Carme Roselló, Barcelona Activa's labour market and job search coordinator, was there to answer questions on the subject.

The main objective of the FAQs is to extend Barcelona Activa’s support and advice services and resources through a new electronic format that can reach more people. The session topics will be announced in advance on Barcelona Activa's social networks and other digital channels, such as the weekly newsletters. A few days before the sessions, community questions will be collected via Instagram Stories.

These questions will be answered during the broadcast along with others that will be put to the experts live. Those that aren’t able to connect to the live broadcast will be able to watch the full session at their convenience on Instagram TV, and the most relevant content will also be published in short capsules on Barcelona Activa's YouTube channel.
