The Deep Tech Summit returns to Barcelona to hold its second edition. The meeting of the entrepreneurial, scientific and technological ecosystem will take place on 28th and 29th November at the Palau de Congressos in Barcelona. The summit will welcome start-ups, spin-offs, research and investment professionals and companies, and will offer a space to share projects and create new collaborations.

Talks, investment forums, networking dynamics and many other activities will take place during the two days. Market trends and the socio-economic impact of solutions to global challenges will also be discussed: energy transition, connectivity, industrial and health technology. The Deep Tech Summit aims to unite technology and innovation with inspiration, by means of promoting the entrepreneurial spirit of the scientific field and connecting it with the market.

The meeting is organised by Barcelona Activa and several Catalan universities: University of Barcelona, Autonomous University of Barcelona, Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Pompeu Fabra University and the Open University of Catalonia. It also has the collaboration of the Generalitat de Catalunya and is financed by the NextGenerationEU European funds, Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and by the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI).
