You can also use the different workspaces and computer equipment whenever you want at the Convent, and there's a specialised video recording space where you can make a video CV, for example.

Barcelona Activa runs a specialised service providing information and support for setting up new businesses. We can give you advice on drawing up a business plan, arranging administrative procedures, finding financing and, basically, everything you need to consider when deciding to start a business. The Talent Management Service can send you candidates for the vacancies you need to fill, including through work experience agreements. When we're job hunting or searching for training opportunities but don't know how to go about it, we can often feel anxious or uncertain, which makes it harder to move forward. The best way to tackle the situation and get ahead is to be aware of it and act accordingly. That's why Barcelona Activa offers the A Prop Jove service, which provides support and guidance to people experiencing mental health issues. Volunteering is a great way to gain experience, learn and develop skills. If you need more information, come along to a Punt Jove (youth centre). Don't forget to add your volunteering experience to your CV! Come and ask us how to do it. 

At the Convent, we have laptops for you to use if you need to take a training course. Come to the Convent, let us know your situation, and we'll try to arrange something according to your interests and needs. 

The Convent is open to all young people in the city! You can come if you need to meet up with your friends or classmates to brainstorm or make progress on projects related to career guidance or job hunting.
