The 3rd Economic Promotion Day in the district of Nou Barris arrives this Thursday, 17th November. Barcelona City Council, with the participation of Barcelona Activa, is holding a new edition of the meetings, with employment and the labour market situation as protagonists.

The aim of the meeting is to discuss and learn about the sectors that generate employment opportunities, which tools and technological resources are included and the key skills for the job search. The events will count on the involvement of experts in the sector and innovative experiences in creating jobs will be presented.

The Day will be divided into two parts or sessions. The morning events will be aimed at entities and technical people and a roundtable has been organised that will present 4 innovative experiences in the field of employment, in which the Mentoring+ programme will also be discussed.  The afternoon session will be aimed at users through talks on job-generating sectors, skills and job search tools. The Day will be completed with two talks given by Barcelona Activa entitled 'Key skills for job search' and 'Technological tools and resources for job search'.
