‘Barcelona mai s’atura’ (Barcelona never stops) the prizes that are awarded by BizBarcelona and the Saló de l’Ocupació with the collaboration of Barcelona Activa, have already opened a call so that entities, groups, companies and entrepreneurs can submit their candidatures

The aim is to make visible the work of SMEs, companies, entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and start-ups. We also want to highlight the work of groups and entities that have stood out during this 2021 for the application of innovation both in the transformation of businesses as well as activities with social impact.

The awards are given in three categories that rate the adaptability of the businesses as well as their originality. The first category, "Innovation in management", seeks innovative projects in the launch of new lines of business or in the application of new processes to contact potential customers.

The second, "Innovation with social impact", will distinguish projects that have a positive impact on the environment or on the people working in the organisation. The third category, "Talent that transforms", awards strategies from companies and entities that are committed to attracting, retaining or improving talent.

All those interested people or businesses can present their candidature until 30th July to register their projects at this link. In September, a committee of experts will evaluate the proposals received and select three finalists and a winning nomination for each category. The "Barcelona never stops" Awards Ceremony will be held on 21st September as part of Bizbarcelona and the Saló de l'Ocupació.
